An Award and A Computer Problem

Thank you to my friend, Tricia Anne, at Notes of Sincerity for the award. She and I have similar tastes and we talk often about all our decorating ideas!

I was going to do a tutorial today on how to recover a lampshade, but I am having problems loading my pictures. My husband ( a computer whiz) will not be home until late tonight so I am stuck unless I can figure out what the problem is. So, I'll either post it later today or tomorrow. Talk to ya later!

Hi Angie,
I am sorry about your computer troubles. My husband is a whiz too. I tend to depend on him a lot when things go south. :o)
I went to Hobby Lobby today and saw so much pretty fabric and left the store empty handed. :o) Oh well! Now I know where it is!
The pillar is in my living room and what a bargain I got on it. A local florist was going out of business and sold it to me for $15.00. This thing is so heavy-it is solid. The more I looked at it, the easier it will be for me to build one myself and I could crackle finish it to look old. Hey, if I tear it down, I will post about it kind of like a tutorial for anyone who would like to build one from scratch! :o)
Have a wonderful weekend! :o)
Sincerely ~ Tricia Anne

You are lucky to have a husband who's a whiz...I am the "computer expert" at our house. Which means we're in big trouble if anything goes wrong! Looking forward to your tutorial. Mimi

HURRY HUBBY.....I can't wait to see your tutorial. I need me some new lampshades! Seriously, I couldn't begin to fix a computer problem (neither could MY husband). Glad you have one who can.

I hope your puter feels better soon!

I love all of your fall decorations, but I think my favorite is the old suitcase. Beautiful!

Have a terrific weekend!
