Toile Plaque and a Yard Sale Purchase

I got this cute toile plaque at Hobby Lobby yesterday. I couldn't resist! It was only $5 (50%off) so that made it pretty cheap! They also had other ones - a rooster, cow, and pig. I loved them all, but decided on the bunny. I'm going to hang it in my black and white guest bathroom.

There were A LOT of yard sales Saturday in my town. It was the first of the month and that's when there's usually plenty to go to. My mom and I didn't even get to half the ones on our list and we were gone about 3 hours. I bought some good stuff and was so excited! Of course, most of the things require paint and some creative thought so I've got to plan what I'm going to do. Hopefully I'll get busy on some projects and will show them as they get completed. One thing I bought that I didn't have to do anything to is this shelf ($2) I hung in my foyer. I think I'm going to sit a picture on it. I've got to look through my arsenal of accessories and see what I can find.

It's almost 1:00 AM so I had better get myself in the bed. Hope y'all have a terrific Tuesday!

That's a good buy. Can't wait to see what you're going to do with the other things. When we get home our community is having a gargage sale. It's a big deal, I guess. 7 units which include 2000 homes. After meeting all my friends in Blogland, I want to put everything in my house out there, so I can start over. :)

Hugs,
Chris

You came across some good finds. I'm not usually so lucky at yard sales.
