Favorite Thing Friday

One of my favorite things is a clock. I only have 4 hanging in my home and I want more. I have seen some gorgeous ones at Kirkland's and Hobby Lobby. I have a really pretty big silver one in my attic that I use on my mantel sometimes. Sorry, I didn't feel like going up in my attic tonight to get it down. Gosh, I sure wish I had a basement! I'll show it to y'all some other time. I have not been very crafty or done a lot of decorating this week, so I feel like my posts have been boring. Sometimes I just get in a funk and can't think of anything good to show or write about. Does anyone know how that is? Could be that I have not been to Hobby Lobby or Michaels in almost 2 weeks. That is probably a record for me! I may have to do some retail therapy tomorrow to get my creative juices flowing. Shopping always makes me happy even if I don't buy anything!

OH my god, i was thinking of doing a clock thing this morning cause i seem to have alot of them, and i had nothing really to blog about either. i have been being good and not going shopping, very hard, but i am broke. Any hoo, I went into Dy Home Decor for those pictures, saved one then went into my pictures and did Print Setup, and it asks you what size you want and i did the 8x10. It took me a few times. You can see the words Dy HomeDecor on the pictures if u look really close, I did not know how to get rid of it, but you really cannott tell. My mom originally bought those pictures from them, waited a month they came and they were horrible quality, the ones i printed up look better and they were free. Good luck and i hope that helps. Hope to see your results. mishelle

Angie, I love your clocks, you're home is so beautiful. Now, let me please say this. I love reading your blog, you don't always have to have a project going on. Just pop in a visit us. I'm in a RV and can't do much of anything until I get home. But, I'm on here first thing in the morning with my cup of coffee to see what everyone else has been up to.I love this blogging thing.

Hugs,
Chris

I love all your clocks. We don't have many either. I hate being in a room and not knowing what time it is. Plus, I think they look pretty. Love all the clocks you do have!

Love the second one! Very cool looking. It's also fun to make your own- have you ever tried it? Crafting is my antidote to the blahs!

I am going to Kirklands tonight! Yay! So excited! I love clocks too, but somehow all my batteries die and I never change them, so none of the clocks in my house show the right time. Can I be any more ghetto?!

I know this has nothing to do with clocks, and I do love all your clocks but would you post some more pictures of your cork boards (or at least that is what I think they are) I am wanting to make a day to day scheduling area on one of my walls and yours looks cute to get some ideas. Thanks a bunch, you have the cutest house, I love to get ideas from you. Nicolle

Hi Angie!
Your clocks are all so pretty! There are times I don't know what to blog about either, and other days I could write about five topics! Funny how that is!
However, your blog is like a favorite magazine! I can flip through the pages and still enjoy it! :o)
Have a very nice weekend!
Sincerely ~ Tricia Anne
Ps. We too live in the south & needing a/c! :o) It feels so much better now!
