I have a pretty large 3 piece entertainment center in my living room which I have been working on changing out some of the accessories on the shelves. I am enjoying going through my arsenal of decorations and putting out different things. I am trying to incorporate more black and white and also some green in the room. I glued this red cross to a $1 yard sale charger plate and love how it turned out. Kind of funky and that's what I was wanting.
I also made this initial plaque from a yard sale frame and wood T from Hobby Lobby.
I am trying to use what I have and be creative. I have plenty of yard sale purchases that are just waiting to be transformed. I'm sure many of you can relate! Hope you have a wonderful Wed.!

Love that bright green & red together, take a pic of it on top of the entertainment center!
You are very creative and resourceful. And any shelf will look great with a bunch of mementos on display. Plants also make great additions to solid wood tv stands . I really think it's very nice to add something green and full of life, and something refreshing to your entertainment center. If you have a dark-colored entertainment center, a potted bamboo would look great, or a bonsai plant.
