Y'all were so right! Most of you said that once I put accessories in front of the busy paper I would like it and I do! I'm so glad 'cause I didn't want to change that paper, but I'm sure I will in the future when I get tired of it. I love having a new space to decorate and look at when I am in the kitchen. I still need to fill in the holes where the screws were and I may put some trim on the front edges of the shelves. I really should paint underneath the shelves and on the sides where they are brown wood, but I am not really worried about it and I don't love to paint. Anybody with me on that? Hope y'all are having a wonderful Wednesday! I plan on having some fun outside with my son today. Oh, the joys of being a stay-at-home mom!

Hi Angie, Hey I like it alot! It looks so amazing! Girl you can decorate, I'm sure everyone will agree. One thing, I think you should put something red in your apothecary jar below the cabinet to tie it in, or a cherry red tomatoe laying around...waiting to be eaten. I just love your kitchen, your dining room...all of it! Wow, what a difference with the cupboard doors off. I think it looks beautiful!
Blessings,
Debbie

Hi Angie! I knew you'd have lots to work with! Just beautiful; the paper just looks like an accent now and not busy at all!!! Oh the fun you'll have changing it with the seasons!!! Have a great weekend - Jeannette
I just stumbled in here and I have to say...I love it! You're using the same colors I have in my kitchen and you seem to love the same things as me. If I may ask...? What is the name of the shade of red that you used to paint the walls? I've tried a couple of different shades of red and frankly, none of them have the richness of the one you used. And I hate to paint too! (I'm on my third color try...)
Isn't that great? That's why I love blogging...it's like a little army of decorating advisers whenever you want them! :)

Did you use paper or fabric?
How did you attach it?
Looking forward to hearing how you did it.

I'd call that thinking INSIDE the box. Great job! Love your style.
This is a really cute idea. Big impact but not a lot of money!
