One Tree Finished - I Think!

This is a small tree I have in my dining room and I think I'm finished with it, although I have been known to change things right up until almost Christmas! I usually put this tree on my foyer table, but decided to put it on my dry sink in the d. room and I like it here for something different. I think putting trees, whatever size, all around the house is one of the easiest ways to decorate for Christmas. The hardest thing to me is arranging items on tables and the mantle. I have to play with it until I'm satisfied with how it looks. What is the hardest part of Christmas decorating for you?

Looks Great, do you do a tree in each room? Just curious to know if there are others out there like me, christmas crazed. I have started decorating too this week. Slowly but surely getting it all done.

I love your tree and would have to agree with you...Table and mantle decorating are the most difficult for me too..! Mantle being the most difficult. Just trying to make things look balanced on the mantle with the rest of the room can be hard.
Have fun decorating!

So beautiful Angie. I love how it is in the dry sink, so unexpected. That is funny, I am opposite of you. The trees are my hardest part, the mantle, the easiest. Funny huh! Wish I lived closer to you and we could decorate for Christmas together! I can't wait to see more! You have great ideas!

I love that tree. Very pretty. The hardest part for me is having enough flat space to put things. And I have a lot of nick nack things and trying to find a way to put them all together so they don't look like I just threw them all there. Oh the holidays!

Hi Angie, The hardest part of Christmas decorating for me is trying to find a place for all of the stuff I have. I think I will try to edit my collection this year for a less crowded look...but it's so hard, I love all my stuff. Deana

That looks great! I love trees all over, but I don't really have anyplace to put them. So I just have one tree and then I decorate my mantel.

Angie ... I love your little tree it looks so adorable... I wouldn't change a thing there... I really don't have a hard time since we moved into the motorhome... and really not in our house either... I pretty much kept it the same every year with a few tweaks here & there and of course if I bought something new... LOL LOL

Hardest part for me, cleaning and putting regular things away before I do the house for holidays. I do it all, hubby thinks if he gets things out for me and does the outside lights he has done "so much", ha! Plus my brother passed away in 2007 and it is harder to get in the mood now, changes you forever!

I feel like every time I see a Fleur de Lis (which is often since it is a French thing and Canada is half French) I think of you! So, here again, is a cute monogramed stamp. Yikes for the price...$45 but they are offering 40% off your order for a limited time. Less than $20...not too bad!
