Some Christmas Stuff

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I know I did! Here are some centerpieces on my dining room and kitchen tables. I put beads in the bottom and poured in water and then added the floating candles.

I switched out the plates on my plate rack in the dining room and put out my Christmas china.

I have had this NOEL print for years and it is one of my favorites. I took down a rooster picture in the dining room and hung it in its place.

I have got to get back to my Christmas decorating so I can finally be finished! My main tree has been up for two days, but has no lights or anything on it. Maybe I'll get to it tomorrow. Have a great Monday!

Now why didn't I think of switching plates for Christmas plates? Hmmm..wonder if I have any...I don't think so. Darn!

I haven't done any decorating yet, but I never do much anyway.

It all looks GREAT Angie!

Hey, once again....cute stuff! I copied your idea about the window over the mantle, hope you don't mind :) Take a look at it and tell me if I need to add anything else to it, do you think the wreath needs lights also? Thanks for your GREAT ideas!!

What a great idea for centerpieces! We decorated our tree yesterday. Now I will do the rest of the house this week. My son is still visiting and after he leaves on Wed I will get most of it done. I am looking forward to it!

Christmas plates are so fun! I am a sucker for them and need to have about 6 parties over the holiday season just to use them all! :)

I'm so glad to hear that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was also so nice to have the longer weekend! :)

And look at those table center pieces you put together! They are amazing! I love how you put Christmas plates up for the season, too! I wish I had some Christmas plates to put up...perhaps a little jaunt over to Marshall's is in order...

I hope you have a great Monday! :)

Hi Angie! How are you? I am always popping in to see what your latest project is! You are so creative and you know I am already a fan of your decorating. Love the plates! my Mom got me similar ones for Christmas last year so I have been storing them for a WHOLE YEAR waiting to display them in the kitchen. Do you know I nearly cried over your rooster in a basket?! If I saw that in a store, I would have bought it! So french country Christmas! Well you know I will be back to check in - but thanks for leaving the sweet comments on my blog and the dining room is really the only room on Christmas Overload! It's the one room that doesn't get kids bouncing around in there so I went a little crazy. I'll be back! ~ Laurie

Beautiful! I particularly like the four jars. But what kind of beads did you get? I tried this once and the color came off making the water red. Uck!
