Kitchen Table Tree
I bought this metal tree at a yard sale this past summer. It was silver and rusted so I spray painted it lime green. I was going to make some initial ornaments for it, but found these adorable ones at Hobby Lobby for only 50 cents each (they were half off) and bought some to represent the first letter of each family member's name (me, my husband, our son, and our 2 dogs). They are so perfect since they are red and lime green with polka dots. Hope y'all had a wonderful Thanksgiving yesterday and are having a great day today. No shopping for me today...staying at home and doing more decorating and some much needed cleaning!

Love your table tree, Angie! It looks great in the lime green and what a great find to come across those letters {and on sale, too}! I stay home on Black Friday, too. This is when I try to get the bulk of my decorating done, but I always wind up coming back in with other stuff to fill in gaps.
Oh sooooo cute Angie! I love it!
I hope your long weekend is going great. ~Melissa :)
I have been looking at the initial ornies also...that one is really cute. I am packing away Thanksgiving...and then will start with Christmas. I had to repack every box to fit everything back in. Oh, I so need to quit getting stuff...but I love it so!!
Don't ya just love Hobby Lobby, especially when stuff is half off. Love your little tree, it's so YOU!

You are vey creative and a smart shopper. I love to find bargains and unusual items. So much fun !!!!
Thanks, Angie, for your sweet note! Your Christmas decor is NOT competing with your beautiful walls; however, I understand about wanting to lighten up a bit! And, I'm with you ... not a huge fan of painting either! Your kitchen is delightful ... love the letters! I can't wait to see more of your festive decor! *Becca*
Would LOVE to see some more Christmas posts from your!! I love your decorating at this time of year. Your fans miss you!!!
LOVE your table tree!!! And we are (FINALLY) getting a Hobby Lobby!!! YAY!!! Can't wait to see your tree! :)
Hey there, thank you for coming over and commenting at my place. Your decorations are very pretty. Love what you did with the tree and initials (and that you included your fur babies). And oh yea, I love the color of your dining room ( I know that is not what your post was about) but I just wanted to tell ya. I think I spotted a rooster or two? Oooh, you know I love that!! Also love your toile header, and your rooster background!
