Add Fabric to a Plate

I was looking for something to hang on a small space of wall next to my kitchen desk. I love to hang plates, so I got one out of my stash and cut out a piece of fabric and used a little hot glue to adhere it. Don't look too close 'cause it definitely is not perfect, but that's O.K. I'd never get any projects done if they had to be perfect. I have done this with scrapbook paper before, but now I know I can also create a "new" decorative plate with fabric too. Have a terrific Tuesday y'all!

Angie the plate is precious!

Love how you draped the animal print ribbon on the lamp. I'm inspired! :)

I was thinking about doing this too, although I was trying to figure out how to "wrap" the whole plate - this is much better. I'm such a dork! Anyway, it's GORGEOUS!

What a creative idea! I love your accents with ribbons and the way you hang your plate with the black and white check! Thanks for a lovely visit, Karen

Hi Angie! Keeeute! Love this! I'm with you on the projects being quick and easy! Hey I did a small Easter vignette this week...and all the sudden I asked myself...How would Angie do this? And immediately I knew...I need a topiary! hahahaha....But seriously, I thought about how to put things together the way you do. It didn't come out as cute...yours always do...but at least I had some direction! I love how you use plates too. I love plates and would use them more if I had more wall space!!!!
Have a great day Angie girl!
