Some Valentine's Day Stuff

Y'all might remember that I have had this tree in my kitchen since September. It has been dressed up for fall, Christmas, and now Valentine's Day. It has hearts and polka dot and striped balls on it and a bear on top my hubby gave me years ago, probably before we were married. I am loving it! I put some greenery and hearts in my little white pitcher y'all have seen many times. I bought a new rooster hook for it to hang from.

Sandy from Teacup Lane asked to see some close-ups of the banner I showed yesterday. (teacuplane-sandy.blogspot.com)

We are having some gorgeous weather here where I live. Hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!

Love your Valentine decor...very cute and festive!

It's still pretty cold here in MI but the shine is shining so brightly, which makes for a beautiful day!

Happy Wednesday to ya!

Angie,
I think your valentine tree is so sweet. It adds such charm and loveliness to your home.
I also think the pitcher with the valentine is gorgeous. Wish I would have thought of that!

Very pretty.

Very pretty Valentine tree! I would never have thought to hang a pitcher on a hook like that but it looks wonderful especially with the hearts. Your banner is terrific!

I love that tree! I wish I had room in my kitchen for something like that. I suspect an Easter tree may be coming?

One year before I took our dining room tree down (a 3-foot Charlie Brown tree that sat on the buffet), my husband said, "Why don't you just leave it up and decorate it for each season? OHMYGOSH! I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST SAID THAT! I've been watching too much HGTV . . . " Lol!

But that's what I did, and it was a lot of fun! So enjoy your holiday tree, whatever the season! And, by the way, it looks adorable all decked out for Valentine's Day!

Grins!

You could decorate the tree for every holiday!

Your tree is beautiful! I love the idea of putting a teddy bear on top, especially when it has such sentimental value! :) The pitcher hanging from the hook is so creative and unique, and looks fantastic with the greenery and red hearts! :)

I am glad to hear you are getting some nice weather! We actually had sunshine today~ the real kind where it stays all day and doesn't even rain a drop! (Rare for January in these parts!) I hope you are having a wonderful week! :) Have a good night!

Isn't it wonderful to reuse Christmas trees after Christmas! I have a small Martha Stewart tree that I have wanted to decorate for Valentine's Day. After our move last year, I can't remember where my Valentine ornaments are!

Good to drop by!
