LOVE Banner

Two of my friends and I got together yesterday and made some Valentine's Day decorations. We made banners using scrapbook paper and a Cricut machine. I am so happy with how mine turned out! I have it hanging on my kitchen sink window right now. It doesn't look too good with those yellow pears so I may have to change that. I got down my V. Day stuff a week or so ago, but I am just now starting to put it all out. I just love decorating for each season! Hope you have a terrific Tuesday!

Hi Angie -

Your "Love" banner looks great. I bought myself a Cricut machine but haven't used it very much. You have inspired me to get it out and start creating :)

Oh, I have a Cricut personal cutting machine too! I got mine for 50% off last year at Michael (just $99 instead of almost $200!) I love it. Your banner is so cute. Could you post some close ups?

That little heart banner is so simple, yet really lovely. It looks great across the window.

Good job!

How fun to get together with your friends, and then to get to make such a cute banner.....it must have been a great day.

That banner is adorable! I don't have a Cricut (*wish* I did) but my cousin does so I'm able to have her make me some things when we get together.

Hope you enjoy your day!

Hi! Thanks for visiting me. I like this banner, and I should probably do something like this to "help" my hubby remember the holiday! Thanks!

Loving that LOVE banner! I have been seeing comments all over about Cricut machines. I didn't even know what one was at first! They sound like fun!

So jealous! I wish I had a Cricut for these kinds of things! I don't scrapbook or make cards enough to spend that much on one tho :(

Angie, your banner is so adorable and I like how you put it over the kitchen sink! I just may have to copy you and hang a banner over mine too! :) Do you like using the Cricut machine? Does it make it a lot easier?

I hope you are having a great week! :)

P.S. I also meant to say how much I love the lamp shade you did! And that is an incredible deal you got on the lamp base, too! I am so excited for garage sale season to start up again here! :)

I have no idea how to decorate for valentines day except to put a wreath on the door...but I have seen the little banners lately. I think they're so cute. I can't wait to see the rest of your decorations so I'll have some ideas for next year, because I really do want to decorate for this time of year.
