Green Dishes in Cabinet

I have been wanting to incorporate more green into my decor so I decided to get out all my green dishes and put them around in my kitchen. I hung some plates and put some of the other stuff in my open cabinet. I am always on the lookout for more pieces to get. I have some of the Bordallo pieces, but I don't really care about the name brand. I just want a pretty shade of green. I am also trying to find another wrapping paper or either some wallpaper to redo the backs of the cabinet. I have never really been happy with this Christmas wrapping paper I used because it is so busy. That will be on my list of projects and that list is very long. I'm sure y'all can relate to that. Have a terrific Tuesday!!!

WOW! I have missed so much in blogland lately! Your house always looks amazing! LOVE YOUR PEAR! I never paint anything for myself, but I am about to paint a huge rooster, very in-your-face and close up with just the tail in the background. I saw one at my favorite store and now I must have one! Love your green dishes, LOVE the window in your kitchen that you change with the seasons, and I have GOT to get my column out of my bathroom and move it to where it can be seen. Every time I see yours I want to redo mine. Thanks for visiting, I will have more Southern Living Home pics out later today.

Love the green dishes! I'm thinking about painting my kitchen island green, you might remember the craft desk I recently painted...I really love that shade of green. Still thinking about it...I also love the curtain in your bathroom. I'm lovin the animal print too, funny because I've never used it before. I just love your home! Kristen

I look forward to your blog and all the things that make you a happy homebody. Your home is so pretty , you like the same colors as I do. My home is decorated in the golds and reds. Of course a little black and white here and there.

Hi Angie,
I love your green dishes! They look so pretty in your cabinet, too! :)

I hope you are having a good week!

P.S. I found some really cute green on white wrapping paper (in a pattern similar to the paper in your cabinet) at Walmart. It was in the spring, but they probably still sell it. :)

I love it and have some of those same dishes. I hate modern too. That is probably the only style I dislike. I like lots of looks even a log cabin if I had too not my fav but could be fun. I hate the look of metal and geometric shapes. I don't get it. Yep we are some country lovin girls, more hip country that is.
