Spiders Everywhere

I thought I'd show some of my spider plants since someone (sorry, can't remember who) was talking about them on their blog and how easy they are to grow. I love flowers, but prefer to have more greenery type plants because they are easier to take care of and look pretty good all the time. These do put out stalks with little flowers on them. They do well in pots and in the ground. Low maintenance is the reason I love them!

My mom used to have those ALL over - I'd forgotten about them. I may need to pick up one or two the next time I'm out and about.

Just discovered your blog and I'm really enjoying it and getting to know you and look forward to reading your posts -

These look really nice and green. Makes me think I should try some myself. I like the addition of the little plates.

Sooo pretty! I don't have any spider plants but they remind me so much of my mother in law. She had alot of them. She doesn't have any of them now.

Hi Angie,

It might have been me that you are talking about. I did a spider plant post on 6/15. I LOVE all of your spider plants. I want to get one of the striped/varigated leaf ones. I only have the solid leaf spiders.

Oh, yes...I love those things. Some of my poor flowers do not look so hot but my spidery plants are quite healthy looking. Yours look great!

That seems to be one plant that I just can't grow, even though everyone says they're so easy. Any tips for growing them?

My mom always had a spider plant hanging in our kitchen when I was growing up and I remember her giving away the "babies"!
