Living Room Part 1

I have been making a few changes in my living room trying to get more of the French country look I love. I won't bore you with all the details, but I will say I have just shopped the house and used things from other rooms or that I had in closets or the attic. Tell me if I am showing you too many full shots and not enough close-ups of stuff. I am not as good with the photography like some of you are. Hope y'all have a wonderful Wednesday!

I love your French Country living room! It is so pretty. I love all your little touches and everything goes together so nicely. Close ups are nice but sometimes it is better to see the whole picture like you have here. You have a lovely room.

Those were all good shots! I just clicked on your pictures to enlarge them and then I was able to see all the details.

I love your home! It's always so pretty. I like French Country too - it's such a pretty style yet cozy and relaxed.

You're so good at decopauging plates and things, can you do a tutorial one day on your technique. I had a hard time with that one plate I made recently and since you do it all the time I'm sure you have some tips you can give us all.

Angie, it is such a gorgeous room, and the French Country style suits it perfectly! I love the pillows you put on the couch and how you added a green cabbage plate to your end table. Love what you have done so far! I also really liked seeing the whole room shots you got of the room. :)

Have a beautiful day! :)

Thank you for the information about the paint!
I will be out on errands later today and will stop by Lowe's and get the sample!
My walls are Cornmeal, by Martha Stewart- but I feel the need for a little more grown-up color- and I love yours :)
It's happy, but a little more neutral!
Blessings as you make your home today!

Your room is so pretty...I love your decorating style! My eye was draw to those two shutters...I just love it! We have 4 shutters that I don't know what to do with...I am going for a walk through the house to see if there is any empty space to hang them! Thank you so much for the inspiration :)
